Catching up

Before we get ready to fly back to North America (Vancouver, BC, actually, from Munich, with a quick stop at London's Heathrow, then, if our bikes make it safely and we have the energy to tackle US border folk, to ride home) on Friday, we're trying to get somewhat caught up on recent weeks and visits, so there are several diary posts dated earlier this month now, or soon to come.

We're feeling jumbled ... on countdown ... bittersweet, strange, eager to keep going, eager to get home again with friends and family, thrilled by new places, odd to be off bikes... and melancholy as our days touring, meeting locals, making new friends, and reconnecting with lovely family in Europe comes to an end.  All mixed together.
